Game art & music / Creating .dat file for tilesets

Hallo everyone, i was watching the youtube tutorials for Solarus (i am on 9 atm) and i was wondering if there is any software to create the .dat files for the tilesets. I found RoughIngot's compiler on the forum. Is there any other software / way to create those files?

Hello every one i am very hapy that i discovered your engine and this comunity. I really like to try to create a Zelda like game i started watching the tutorials and hopefully i will soon start developing my game.
I am also willing to help to any issues bugs ot future projects ( as soon as i get familiar with the engine) i got decent C++ skills and really like like to contribute to this comunity.

Quite interesting theory. I remember how sad i was when i learned that Koholit will disappear if all the nightmares were defeated.
