And I when I came across this last night I couldn't contain myself. Thank you to the developers, crew, and community here at Solarus! It's been a while since I've done this sort of thing, so I'm still struggling to install/compile the engine  ; I'm sure that once I get rolling, though, I'll be very active on these forums.

Are you compiling it for development reasons or to use the engine to make games? I am not sure about Mac and it should work fine on windows, but if you are using Linux. Here is a Wine Linux help guide I put together. Sometimes there is Linux trouble when the version is outdated or when the repo is down.
