Not running on Windows 8?

Hi,

I'm fairly new and was planning to use Solarus for an upcoming gamejam, for some reason I can start solarus, is there something I'm doing wrong? I 've even tried running it as an admin, nothing :(

I'm on Windows 8

Did you run it with some quest data in the same directory?

I had the same problem on Win 8.1 64bits and your solution was the good one.

Putting the data directory into the solarus.exe folder solved the issue.
