Adding something for anyone still trying to figure out how to get that last moon: you need to own the Pegasus boots. 1 tile above the small gap there are blocks. Get between the blocks and the gap, then move down slightly, enough to move Link a few pixels down, but not enough to make him fall. Afterwards, move up an even smaller amount, so that there's at least 1 pixel between the block and Link. Use the Pegasus boots, and link will crash against the blocks and jump backwards across the gap.
