I marked a tileset piece in a red square with lines dashing out from it. Is that dirt or a rug?

That's a rug. It's seen in Kakariko Village. A guy is there with some pots.
Thank you! I was confused there for a sec. I will now resize the opensource rug and will update the open source light world like tileset. :D
